My story is one of relentless passion, hard work, and a genuine commitment to transforming lives through fitness. With a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science under my belt, I've delved deep into the science behind exercise, turning knowledge into tangible results. Safety is paramount in my approach, which is why I'm also
CPR/first aid certified—ensuring your well-being is always my top priority.
My journey, however, isn't just about knowledge—it's about inspiring breakthroughs. Not only was I a D1 NCA Cheerleading National Champion, but I married my husband this past year who is a 3x NCAA champion and USA Olympic hopeful for team USA wrestling. I know firsthand the dedication and teamwork required for success. This same drive led me to become an INBA Open Figure Champion and NPC Figure Champion, showcasing the power of discipline and hard work in sculpting a winning physique.
Yet, my mission goes beyond my own achievements. I'm on the path to an Occupational Therapy Masters graduate program, combining my fitness expertise with empathy to make a meaningful impact on lives. Your goals become my goals, and together, we'll strive for progress that lasts.

Next, I curate a detailed exercise + lifestyle program designed & tailored to your needs. This includes step-by-step guidance within your specific plan to achieve optimal results.

We can also explore all nutritional options to meet your goals.
It's simple!! You supply me with a list of foods you enjoy - followed by me building your meal plan from there.
An emailed PDF will be sent to you, allowing you to follow your food plan anywhere you go!
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks + a few "freebie" meals a week (dependent on goals)
